Aogaah's Schools are funded solely by donations. One of
the more efficient methods of raising funds is 'The EVENT'.
One EVENT can easily fund an entire class of 25 students.
Example:
It is really simple to organize an EVENT. More EVENT
suggestions are on this page and in the left column.
Adults: Turn a regularly occurring activity into an EVENT
with just a few telephone calls.
Students:
Young people have the
energy and enthusiasm
to be creative with their
EVENT organization.
Elementary/Junior High School EVENT Examples:
Participants can ask their parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and
neighbors to sponsor them. People sponsor participants - - not just
the winners. Participation itself makes everyone a winner.
Spelling Bee
Spelling Bees are appropriate
at all levels from Kindergarten
up. Abundant material is found
via an Internet search.
High School/College/University EVENT Example:
Teacher/Parent/Other Adult EVENT Examples:
Effortless Donation Procedure
The Event Coordinator does not have to deal with the
donations. Sponsors can make a tax deductible donation
directly to Aogaah Foundation® using a credit card or
PayPal then print a copy of the receipt for the Event
Coordinator. The web page for making donations is:
www.aogaah.org/page05a.

People like to know to whom they are donating. An
effective way to give prospective sponsors this information
is to give them an EVENT Flyer. The flyer asks them to
sponsor you and at the same time gives them pertinent
information regarding where their money is going. EVENT
flyers can be given out in person or attached to emails.

modify for YOUR EVENT. All you need to do is insert the
particulars about your event and send it out to people. You
can hand it out personally or send it attached to an email.
